Representing Clients\u2019 interests<\/b><\/p>\n

within the relationship with contractors<\/b>:<\/p>\n

  • participation in negotiations with Client\u2019s contractors, including the time of concluding the agreements\/contracts with those;<\/li>\n
  • at pre-court settling the disputes: preparing the claims , responses to claims<\/li>\n
  • maintenance of employee hiring and dismissals;<\/li>\n
  • legal aid at solution of labour related disputes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    at judicial trials by courts of general jurisdiction, economic and administrative courts of all instances:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • legal assessment of disputable situations with recommendations regarding further actions;<\/li>\n
    • preparing the writs, responses to writs, applications and other relevant procedural papers;<\/li>\n
    • preparing appeals and complaints, legal objections and responses to appeals and complaints;<\/li>\n
    • participation in court sittings;<\/li>\n
    • preparing the necessary documents and legal support (representing the interest) on the issues which arise during fulfillment of court decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      within the relationship with controlling bodies:<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • lawyers\u2019 assessment of legal validity of addresses and inspections conducted by public prosecutor offices, tax administrations, customs offices, control-and audit offices and other supervisory authorities;<\/li>\n
      • legal examinations of acts drawn up upon the results of inspections by public prosecutor offices, tax administrations, customs offices and other supervisory authorities, preparation of remarks and objections to those;<\/li>\n
      • preparation of responses to queries, statements, solicitations and addresses to public bodies, complaints against the wrongful actions of their officers;<\/li>\n
      • appeal of actions and decisions of tax and other fiscal bodies in the administrative order, and in case of necessity \u2013 their judicial appeal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        within the relationship with other public executive bodies, including, but not limited to, at:<\/b><\/p>\n

        • Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
        • Ministry of Economy of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
        • Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
        • National Bank of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
        • State Property Fund;<\/li>\n
        • State Commission for Regulating the Financial Services Markets;<\/li>\n
        • State Security and Capital Market Commission;<\/li>\n
        • State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting;<\/li>\n
        • State Employments Center of Ministry of Labour of Ukraine;<\/li>\n
        • Tender Chamber of Ukraine ;<\/li>\n
        • bodies for consumer rights protection;<\/li>\n
